We specialize in the permitting, construction, and property management of commercial, residential, retail, and industrial developments throughout the East Coast.

JBJ Construction, headed up by Justin Depietri, is the construction division of Capital Group Properties. It specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. JBJ also provides in-house construction management services for all properties listed within the Capital Group Properties portfolio as well as third-party construction management services.

Berkshire Realty

Resource Capital is Capital Group Properties’ private mortgage lender. It provides private equity to builders, developers, and investors while offering flexible terms and expedited closings for real estate investments in Massachusetts and Florida. Resource Capital works with everyone, from first-time fix-and-flip investors to experienced real estate developers.

Berkshire Realty Group is the brokerage division of Capital Group Properties. It provides residential home sales and marketing services for the residential projects developed by Capital Group Properties as well as third-party for sale listings and marketing.
