JBJ Construction, headed up by Justin Depietri, is the construction division of Capital Group Properties. It specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Resource Capital is Capital Group Properties’ private mortgage lender. It provides private equity to builders, developers, and investors while offering flexible terms and expedited closings for real estate investments in Massachusetts and Florida. Resource Capital works with everyone, from first-time fix-and-flip investors to experienced real estate developers.
