A real estate developer for over 30 years, Depietri enthusiastically involves himself in every project. Collectively, Depietri and his management team offer over 100 years of commercial, residential, and retail real estate experience.

Capital Group Properties offers property management and leasing services for commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties. Our current portfolio contains over one million square feet of commercial and retail property. We have over 30 years experience as a full-service property management firm. We provide management, tenant relations, rent collection, mortgage and invoice processing, and in-house property maintenance.
