■A beautiful entrance sign is being designed that will welcome home all our homeowners on Old Framingham Road.
■Landscaping is almost complete in Phases I and II.
■Phase III has only one more building to construct this fall.
■We will soon reconstruct Old Framingham Road to improve the intersection at Nobscot Road and resurface/repave the road from the intersection of Nobscot Road to the Framingham line.
■The landscape berm behind buildings 4 and 5 will be completed with shrubbery and plantings.
■All of the heavy site construction will be completed by the fall (except for the foundations in Phase 4.)
And speaking of Phase 4, isn't it amazing that we will have completed Phases 1-3 in just under 2 years?

WOW!
In just 20 MONTHS we are 50% SOLD! and still going strong. Buyers are realizing the incredible value that Grouse Hill offers.
We are so excited to see so many new homeowners happily meeting new neighbors and enjoyng the surrounding treasures that Sudbury offers.
Phase 1 & 2 are really greening up with this wonderful (for plants) rainy season. It is just what the plant doctors ordered as the trees, shrubs and plants as well as green grass seem to have always been here!

It is so hard to believe that just one year ago our first homeowners moved in and now there are 17 residents and 7 homes underway for Winter 2008/Spring 2009 delivery! What an amazing year it has been at Grouse Hill and we are looking forward to having the same successes in the new year.
Landscaping, stone walls and the new island are all ready to view. The island features granite steps, brick walkways, generous benches and colonial lighting. It is a great place to watch the sunset or simply enjoy the landscape.
If you have not visited in a while, stop by, there are lots of new neighbors! Model is open each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 – 3:00 or by appointment.

Although the last few months of winter have been filled with rain and snow and chilly temperatures, the construction continues at Grouse Hill.

The first phase of construction is now underway! There is a lot going on at the Grouse Hill development site and every day brings so much change it is hard to keep up with it all. Delivery on Phase 1 is scheduled for late summer occupancy. Check the ’Photo’s Page’ for updated pictures!
