With just 4 units left in Phase 3, we have decided to start on Phase 4. We are so excited as it will be one of a few 'stand alone' units and the very desirable 'Charleston' floor plan. So you can live in a 'single family' house and have all the conveniences of living in a condominium. December 2008 – Phase III Update
There are just 7 homes left in Phase III of Deerfield Estates. The lush landscaping is second to none in the area. May 2008 - Happy Homeowners
Deerfield Estate homeowners continue to be pleased with the quality of their homes and the experiences they continue to have with the developer, Capital Group Properties, well after they have moved in.

July 2007 - Summer Sizzler Barbeque
Berkshire Realty Group hosted the Summer Sizzler Barbeque this July on the grounds of the model home.
Many homeowners and their guests enjoyed the evenings festivities, great food and conversation.
"It’s so nice to provide the opportunity for homeowners to get to know each other. Berkshire Realty Group enjoys hosting events to allow Deerfield homeowners an opportunity to welcome in the newest neighbors and to rekindle relationships within the community." said Judi Teller, sales manager for Berkshire Realty Group.
The homeowners were also given a tour of the historic building under renovation on the property. The historic home, that will be deeded to the Historical Society in Hopkinton, was the original farmhouse for the property. Current exterior restoration is almost complete.

November 2005 - OUR TWO NEW MODELS ARE COMPLETE!

September 2005 – TWO NEW MODELS COMING SOON
It happened again … our furnished Model home (a Bristol design) has been sold and we will need to move our sales office once again. Just as with our first Model (a Charleston design), the beauty and quality of our second Model was irresistible. The new homeowners will be moving in sometime this Fall. We don’t mind the inconvenience because the end result is two new Model homes (a Fairmont design and an Eastham design) for our customers to tour. Once these new homes are completed, our sales office will be located in the first building on the right as you enter our community. Look for our Grand Opening Announcement this Fall.
August 2005 – PHASE TWO LANDSCAPING IS COMPLETE
Wow! The landscaping in Phase Two is now complete and what a transformation! Only three homes remain available in Phase Two and the lush landscaping really puts the “finishing touch” on these homes. Starting at $399,900*, these won’t be around for long.
June 2005 – PHASE THREE PRE-CONSTRUCTION PRICES
It’s hard to believe but we are already in our third phase at Deerfield Estates. The construction of our Phase Three homes has begun and we several under contract already.
May 2005 – NEW MODEL GRAND OPENING
We have moved! Our furnished Model home was spoken for after only one day – our Grand Opening! Our new Model is a detached condominium with the Bristol design. This beautiful home boasts more than 2300 square feet of living space on the first two floors and offers the perfect floor plan for entertaining. We have several Bristol homes in Phase Three as well. Stop by and see us ~ seeing is believing!
May 2005 – PHASE ONE IS SOLD OUT!
We just sold the last home in Phase One and are very busy with Phase Two sales. Our Phase One homeowners have enjoyed getting to know one another and will be welcoming the latest homeowner in June. We often receive compliments on the unique phasing plan of our community. By separating the three phases with lush woodlands, and intentionally designing the roadways to create privacy among the phases, as the construction in each phase is completed, the homeowners there do not have to experience the construction of future phases.
December 2004 – DEERFIELD ESTATES HAS IT’S GRAND OPENING WEEKEND!
What a success! Although we took a risk and scheduled our Grand Opening for the height of the busy holiday season, it really paid off. Our sales team was too excited to wait any longer to unveil the designer Model home everyone has worked so hard on. With almost 50 people stopping by for a tour, it looks like they were too excited to wait as well. We were very busy throughout the weekend and even found it necessary to schedule some people for private tours on another day. We quickly realized the benefits of one-on-one time for our customers and will be actively promoting this opportunity to our future customers as well.
